This fundraiser is being held to raise money and awareness for the Muscular Dystrophy Association to help send local children with the neuromuscular disease to camp, provide necessary medical supplies, and contribute to the efforts to find cures for muscular dystrophy. The fun family event will feature live music by Wonder Bread 5, a kids’ zone with a giant slide and a dunk tank, an opportunity to taste various chilis, beer, wine, soda, and water. The cost is $10 per person for a ticket that includes the chili tastings, a bowl of your favorite chili, and one drink. The tickets may be purchased at the park.
